Rooms are open video chat areas that any speaker or attendee can join. They are separate from Sessions and don't have start and end times. They can be used for breakout rooms, networking areas, or anything else.
Note: people can only join Rooms that have been created in advance
To create a room, navigate to Rooms using the navigation bar on the left hand side of the screen, then click the Add Room button.
Next, give your room a name, a description, and add the lead speaker or moderator, (as well as any additional Speakers) for the room by entering their email. Note: these users must already be registered for your event to be added.
You can also choose to make your room for people with VIP ticket, Standard tickets, or both by checking the blue boxes next to "Accessible for Ticket Levels".

You can add up to five additional speakers here, all of whom will have moderator privileges that subsequent attendees will not.
Returning to the Rooms screen, you will see that the room you created is listed with the status "Closed".
To start your room session, click on the room's name and, on the next screen, click the button marked "Start Group Video Session". Attendees will now be able to join via their own Rooms screen.
