To maintain a smooth and interactive session, you can manage speakers and attendees in different ways.
From the navigation bar on the left hand side of the screen, click on Manage Users
To change the role of an attendee to make them an organizer, click on "Attendee" then choose Organizer from the dropdown menu. You can also change that back any time you want.
Additionally, you can change the ticket level by choosing "Standard" or "VIP" from the dropdown menu under Ticket Level.
To view a user's profile, click on "View"
To edit a user's profile, click on "Edit"To terminate the user from the event, click on "Delete"
A pop-up message will appear as follows:
If you click "OK", they will no longer have access to the event.
