If you're experiencing an echo while on stage in a Konf session, here are some things to try to help you fix the issue:
If you suspect that the echo source is from your end, the first thing to try is using headphones. If your computer speakers are feeding back into your computer's microphone, it's likely to cause an echo.
Next, try turning your mic on and off again and navigating away from the session and back again. A lot of issues can be resolved with a simple refresh!
If the source of the echo seems to be from someone else's end, try muting the speakers on stage with you, then unmute and ask them to speak one by one to discover the source of the echo.
Finally, we recommend restarting your device.
Of course, you won't want to try any of these steps during a live event, which is why we recommend to do a dry run within a test event before the session to make sure that everyone's audio setup is working well.
