If you're using an external ticket provider and you want to add those tickets on Konf, follow the below guidelines.

From the navigation bar on the left hand side of the screen, click on Manage Users

Click on the "Import/Export" button and choose Import CSV from the dropdown menu

After you've created a CSV file with the required column names as listed below, click on "Import CSV"
Note: only first_name, last_name, and email are required in the CSV file. All other fields are optional.

Example of the CSV file you need to import:

Click on the "Return to Manage Tickets" button

The tickets will then be imported onto Konf

To Export a CSV file, Click on "Import/Export" button and choose Export CSV from the dropdown menu

The tickets will then be downloaded onto your computer in a CSV file
