If you're having trouble hearing speakers or content during a Konf session, there are a number of things you can do to help work out what's not right.
Check that your headphones are plugged in.
Check that the correct output is selected (for example - do you have a Bluetooth speaker connected or wireless headphones?)
Try playing a YouTube video to confirm that your computer's audio is working. Here's a link to test this out.
Make sure the audio of the stream is turned on (Hover over the main stream window then make sure that the stream volume isn't turned all the way down, and that it isn't muted).
Make sure you don't have any plugins or extensions installed that mute audio.
Make sure the browser tab or window you're playing the event in isn't muted (see below for what that looks like in Chrome).
Make sure the Konf site isn't muted in your browser. Right click on the Konf tab and check for "Unmute Site" in the menu that appears.
