When you create a new event, useful emails from Konf to your speakers are enabled by default. This means that emails will be triggered when you take the following actions on the platform:
Inviting someone to your event (i.e. creating a ticket for an attendee)
This email contains their ticket code, as well as a link to the event itself. They will also receive a reminder email shortly before the event starts.
The speaker will receive a email informing them them that they have been added to the session or room. The email contains a link directly to the session they are speaking in. They will also receive a reminder email shortly before the session starts, which also contains a link directly to the session.
With Konf emails enabled, any users imported via CSV will receive an email containing their ticket code and a link to the event. They will also receive a reminder email shortly before the event starts.
When you set your event from 'Prelaunch' to 'Live' an email will be sent to all your attendees announcing that the event is open. This email will also contain their ticket code and a link directly to the event.
Note: Organizers can disable Konf emails in the Settings menu. Read more about how to do this here.
